As Community Outreach and Referral Manager at Nares Law Group, Tammy serves as a trusted connection between the firm and the communities we serve. She develops relationships with attorneys, medical professionals, community leaders, and referral partners who share our commitment to helping brain injury survivors and their families find the support, resources, and advocacy they need.

Tammy brings more than three decades of experience in community relations, multicultural outreach, marketing, recruitment, advertising, public relations, and strategic relationship development. Before joining Nares Law Group, she served for more than seven years as Director of Community Relations at Ramos Law, where she strengthened community partnerships and helped connect individuals and families with legal services and trusted resources.

Earlier in her career, Tammy led Latino-market marketing and recruitment initiatives for New York Life Insurance Company. She also spent nearly two decades as a senior account executive in Denver’s television and radio industry, developing culturally relevant campaigns and building lasting relationships across diverse communities. Her professional foundation began with the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she gained an enduring appreciation for service, leadership, and the power of bringing people together.

Throughout every chapter of her career, Tammy has remained deeply committed to cultural connection and community impact. She understands that trust is earned through consistency, compassion, and genuine care. Her ability to listen, recognize opportunities, and connect people with the right resources has made her a respected relationship builder and community advocate.
