Karla began her legal career in Los Angeles before continuing to grow professionally in Denver. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of personal injury claims, insurance coverage, medical documentation, liens, settlement preparation, and the many details that must come together before a case can be successfully resolved.

In her role at Nares Law Group, Karla helps ensure that every pre-litigation file is complete, organized, and prepared to the firm’s highest standards. She manages demand packages, identifies missing evidence, tracks insurance coverage and policy-limit opportunities, audits files for potential issues, and coordinates the documentation needed to demonstrate the full impact of a client’s injuries. She also supports settlement readiness by carefully monitoring medical bills, liens, subrogation interests, and other obligations that can affect a client’s final recovery.
