Brody and Noah Witter serve as the Co-Chief Happiness Officers of Nares Law Group—a highly influential executive position with no meetings, no billable-hour requirements, and unlimited authority to improve office morale. Together, they are responsible for reminding the grown-ups that life should include laughter, big dreams, enthusiastic celebrations, and the occasional snack break.
Brody brings the focus of an elite athlete and the strategic instincts of a Formula One team principal to his role. A devoted soccer player and Formula One fan, he understands that success requires teamwork, preparation, quick decisions, and knowing exactly when to make your move.
Whether he is following the action on the racetrack or competing on the soccer field, Brody appreciates determination and the pursuit of excellence. He keeps the Nares Law Group team inspired to stay focused, support one another, and keep moving toward the goal—even when the course takes an unexpected turn.
Brody is also available for important consulting assignments involving sports, racing, and whether a particular play was “actually fair.”
Noah brings entertainment, energy, and future boy-band potential to the executive team. He loves singing, making people laugh, and transforming ordinary moments into performances—whether or not an audience has formally requested one.
His youthful joy is infectious. Noah reminds everyone around him that a smile can shift the energy in a room, laughter can make a difficult day feel lighter, and people are often stronger when they know someone is cheering for them.
Although his official debut album is still pending, Noah continues to develop his vocals, stage presence, and ability to locate an imaginary spotlight in almost any setting.
Brody and Noah’s role connects to the heart of Nares Law Group’s mission. Brain injury survivors and their families often come to us during a chapter filled with uncertainty, fear, and change. While the legal work is serious, our purpose is ultimately rooted in hope—the hope that families can move forward, rediscover joy, and build a meaningful future after injury.
As Co-Chief Happiness Officers, Brody and Noah remind us what that hopeful future can contain: goals worth chasing, songs worth singing, reasons to laugh, and people who make the journey better.
