As Director of Operations at Nares Law Group, Erin helps transform the firm’s vision into action. She strengthens the people, processes, and technology that allow our attorneys and legal professionals to remain focused on what matters most: guiding brain injury survivors and their families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Erin brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across legal services, healthcare, education, human resources, finance, technology, and organizational operations. Throughout her career, she has led complex teams, designed scalable systems, improved financial performance, and helped mission-driven organizations grow with greater purpose and accountability.
Before joining Nares Law Group, Erin led operational and workforce initiatives within a 1,200-person healthcare technology environment. Her work produced significant cost savings, improved organizational responsiveness, and created clearer pathways from planning to execution. She has also served as an executive leader in education and previously managed the daily operations of a boutique law firm, giving her firsthand insight into the precision, compassion, and responsiveness that excellent legal service requires.
What distinguishes Erin is her belief that strong operations are ultimately about people—not simply processes. She approaches leadership with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to removing obstacles so others can do their best work. Whether she is coaching a team member, improving a client-service workflow, or developing a system to support the firm’s growth, Erin leads with the same goal: to create an environment where people feel empowered, accountable, and connected to the mission.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
