As Firm Director of Nares Law Group, Paul helps transform the firm’s purpose into sustainable action. He oversees the firm’s sales, marketing, finance, human resources, legal department, operational systems, and long-term growth strategy. His leadership creates the structure that allows the Nares Law Group team to remain focused on its singular mission: helping brain injury survivors and their families build a more hopeful future.
Paul approaches firm leadership with both a strategic and human perspective. He understands that meaningful growth is not measured solely by revenue or case volume. It is measured by the number of families the firm can serve, the quality of their experience, the strength of the team supporting them, and the firm’s ability to deliver exceptional advocacy without losing its personal touch.
Across every area of the firm, Paul works to create clarity, accountability, and alignment. He helps ensure that marketing reflects the firm’s purpose, intake provides an immediate sense of care, finances support responsible growth, team members have the resources to excel, and systems make exceptional client service repeatable. He is constantly looking for ways to strengthen performance, use technology thoughtfully, and prepare the firm for its next stage of impact.

Originally from the Boston area, Paul remains an avid Boston sports fan. Away from the firm, he enjoys playing golf and coaching club youth basketball. Most importantly, he is a devoted father to Brody and Noah and a proud partner to his wife, Kaitlin Nares.
Paul often sees himself as the Marty Ginsburg to Kaitlin’s Ruth Bader Ginsburg—a steadfast partner supporting an extraordinary woman with an ambitious vision for changing the world. Together, they have built Nares Law Group around the belief that purpose and performance belong side by side, and that a focused team can create an impact far greater than itself.
For Paul, building a great law firm is not the ultimate goal. The goal is to build an organization strong enough to give hope, demand accountability, and change the lives of brain injury survivors and their families for generations to come.
