What We’re Looking For
  • A Colorado licensed attorney with 3+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
  • Demonstrated experience with traumatic brain injury (TBI) or catastrophic injury cases

What You'll Do
  • Handle a caseload of complex personal injury matters, with a focus on brain injury cases
  • Guide clients through the litigation process with empathy, transparency, and advocacy
  • Take ownership of cases from intake through resolution—pre-lit and litigation
  • Collaborate with experts, medical providers, and internal teams to build strong, persuasive cases
  • Strategize and execute on legal actions that secure meaningful results for our clients

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $150,000 year, depending on skills and experience. The compensation package includes a discretionary quarterly bonus for reaching fiscal bench markers.

What You’ll Do
  • Support attorneys in both pre-litigation and litigation matters involving complex personal injury and brain injury claims
  • Prepare, organize, and manage documents—demands, discovery, disclosures, pleadings, medical chronologies, and more
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, providers, and courts
  • Assist with intake, case setup, calendaring deadlines, and case tracking
  • Draft and review legal correspondence, affidavits, and summaries
  • Maintain accurate records, case notes, and billing entries
  • Be a steady, compassionate point of contact for clients during all stages of their case
What You Bring
  • 1+ years of experience as a personal injury litigation and/or pre-litigation paralegal
  • Familiarity with brain injury, medical records, and litigation timelines preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Tech-savvy, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter who values systems, workflows, and being part of a mission-driven team
  • Lives in Colorado (or willing to be present for occasional in-person meetings in Denver)

Compensation

Compensation based on experience between $60,000-80,000 year, depending on skills and experience. The compensation package includes a discretionary quarterly bonus for reaching fiscal bench markers.

What You Bring

  • Manage a focused docket of 70-100 moderate to high-value brain injury and trucking cases from intake to resolution
  • Supervise and mentor case managers and paralegals in a collaborative team model
  • Develop strategy and Lead case development efforts
  • Engross yourself in medical records and be a liaison between physicians and their clients
Strategic Collaboration & Oversight
  • Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure forward progress and client satisfaction
  • Regularly meet with the legal team to discuss strategy, updates, and challenges
  • Participate in high-level learning with leading brain injury experts
What You Bring
Core Requirements
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar
  • At least 1 year of personal injury pre-litigation experience

  • Work with trial lawyers that have over 35 years of courtroom experience

  • Provide support in depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trials
